The Palace provides a total of 6 function rooms, inclusive of 2 ballrooms, one of which has natural daylight.

Features include:

The Alexandra Garden is an attractive, canopied courtyard which interconnects with The State Hall making it ideal for coffee breaks, stand-up lunches or cocktail receptions.

The Alexander Garden also interconnects with the 200 year old Palazzo Capua.

The Royal Hall is a stylish and beautiful meeting room with imposing Florentine chandeliers. The room is carpeted can be split into two sound-proofed sections and is adjacent to a large pre-function area, ideal for coffee breaks, a standing-up lunch or even a cocktail reception. The Royal Hall also interconnects with the hotel's main restaurant – The Tabloid.

The State Hall is a light and airy room with natural daylight and parquet flooring. This room leads to a pre-function area that is interconnecting with the canopied Alexandra Garden which is ideal for an outside coffee break, stand-up lunches or cocktail receptions.

The Parlour accommodates 60 delegates in banquet style.

The Drawing Room accommodates 60 delegates in banquet style.

The Lord Salisbury Suite accommodates 24 persons in theatre style.

The Lord Derby Suite accommodates 24 persons in theatre style.

The Executive Lounge accommodates 20 delegates in boardroom style.

Meeting space includes:
